Tenant Relations Manager – A Trusted Partner in Daily Business at Sola
Sola Business Valley in Leppävaara, Espoo, is a vibrant business hub that offers its tenant community inspiring spaces and excellent connections. What makes Sola truly stand out is its dedicated Tenant Relations Manager, ensuring that companies and employees feel at home and supported every day.
Property management at Sola is handled by Newsec, with Tenant Relations Manager Tuua Grönberg acting as a close partner for the tenant community. Here, she explains how this role benefits companies at Sola.
More than just a contact person

A great workplace experience is not only about well-designed offices and services, but also about people you can rely on. At Sola, the Tenant Relations Manager is that trusted partner, helping companies run smooth and enjoyable daily operations.
“My role is to be the link between tenants and the landlord, taking care of tenant relations and development. I stay in regular contact with tenants, listen to their needs, and make sure feedback is passed on to the right people. Sometimes it’s a planned meeting at Sola Club, sometimes it’s a quick chat in the hallway – but the goal is always the same: to make everyday business easier.”

An important part of the job is also keeping communication flowing both ways. Tenants receive timely updates about property matters and events, while their suggestions are forwarded to the right decision-makers. Tenants also know they can reach out directly with any questions, big or small.
Smooth onboarding for new tenants
A dedicated Tenant Relations Manager is especially valuable when a company is moving into new premises. Grönberg often meets new tenants right at handover, making it easy to start building an open relationship from day one.
“I always aim to meet tenants as early as possible. Before moving in, we do a property tour together so they can get to know the facilities and services. I also explain practical matters like parking, access passes, staff facilities and safety guidelines. This way, the transition to daily life at Sola is seamless.”

Services brought on-site – from dental care to wellness
A key part of the role is enhancing tenant satisfaction with services that make everyday life easier. Sometimes the most appreciated solutions are also the most unexpected.
For example, Sola has hosted a popular pop-up dental clinic, where a dentist and assistant set up a fully equipped treatment room for the day. Appointments can be booked in advance, and sometimes even on the same day.
Other on-site services have included business photography, first aid training, and regular wellness options such as massage therapy. All are designed to support tenants in balancing busy workdays with practical needs.
Focus on tenant satisfaction and long-term development
The Tenant Relations Manager also plays a proactive role in developing Sola’s services and facilities to ensure a consistently high-quality tenant experience.
Recent updates include a full renovation of the lobby area, making the entrance more impressive and welcoming, as well as excellent facilities for cyclists – showers, lockers, bike storage and e-bike charging stations.
Another major addition is Sola Club, a versatile space for networking, relaxing and team events.
“Sola Club has been very popular. It features everything from a golf simulator and games like darts, ping pong and billiards to a yoga space and massage chair. Tenants also use it for corporate events, training sessions and team days.”

The community spirit is further strengthened through seasonal events and thoughtful gestures – from an Easter egg hunt to ice cream for children on “Take Your Kids to Work Day”. Each year, tenants also receive jars of Sola’s own rooftop honey, produced by the building’s busy bee community.
